Prenatal & Postpartum Group Fitness
Preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum fitness training hosted at Mecha Fitness in Boulder. A variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, and cardio machines are used to build & maintain stability, balance, strength, mobility and connect to your core and pelvic floor. Workouts support all stages of the motherhood journey from preconception, all trimesters of pregnancy, and anytime post-birth and can be adapted to support individual needs. All levels and abilities welcome!

Saturdays 12:15pm at Mecha Fitness in Boulder.
- 8-Class Series:
September 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, October 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
- $30 for each individual class or
8-Class Series for $210. - Payment accepted via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
