Personal training & group class pricing
personal training inital evaluation
$150 / 75min ($200 in-home)
Initial one-on-one consultation including health history, movement assessment, core function assessment, nutrition and supplement review. From here we will determine the best program and cadence of training for you.
Personal training follow-up sesions
$100 / 45min ($140 in-home)
Customized workouts designed specifically for your current stage of preconception, pregnancy, or postpartum. The workouts you do in your training session are loaded into your True Coach app so you can continue them throughout the week.
pre & Postnatal Group Classes
$30 per class, 6 and 8-class series packages available
Join other pregnant and postpartum mamas for a 60-min strength-focused group fitness class. Equipment may include dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, bosu balls, TRX, and more to train functional, supportive movements that complement the unique needs during pregnancy and postpartum.
