I use my background in yoga, energetics, corrective exercise, holistic nutrition and fitness to help mothers access and harness the innate strength of their bodies, prepare for and enjoy an active pregnancy, and regain strength and core function postpartum.

I approach coaching from a holistic perspective and honor the unique experience of every mother. I customize my offerings for each person’s individual needs, rather than prescribing a one-size-fits all program.

I am more interested in gaining knowledge than social media followers, so you won’t see me post as much as some other coaches, but I’d still love to connect! Stop by and say hello or catch a few tips for exercise and nutrition in pregnancy and postpartum.

My story

Hey there! Thanks for taking a  moment to learn about me and my passion for yoga, fitness, and healthy movement for pregnant and postpartum mamas.

Since 2011, I have coached hundreds of clients in a variety of yoga and fitness classes and private sessions. Many years prior to the birth of my first child, I was drawn to the unique time before, during and after pregnancy when mothers can cultivate a powerful relationship to their bodies and the strength that they hold.

I specialize in prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise and core rehabilitation through intelligent fitness training, and holistic nutrition for pregnant and postpartum mothers.

Following two challenging births including an unexpected cesarean birth with my first child and VBAC with a 4th degree tear with my second, I have first-hand experience with core and pelvic floor dysfunction in my own body and understand how debilitating and defeating it can feel to lose your connection to your sense of strength and power. 

I believe that movement heals, and mindful corrective exercise paired with intentional nutrition are the potent tools that helped me heal and find a higher level of vitality than before kids! I would love to help you reconnect to your center of health, strength and power, too.
