Hey there! Thanks for taking a moment to learn about me and my passion for yoga, fitness, and healthy movement for pregnant and postpartum mamas.
Since 2011, I have coached hundreds of clients in a variety of yoga and fitness classes and private sessions. Many years prior to the birth of my first child, I was drawn to the unique time before, during and after pregnancy when mothers can cultivate a powerful relationship to their bodies and the strength that they hold.
I specialize in pre and postnatal corrective exercise and core rehabilitation through intelligent fitness training. Following an unexpected cesarean birth with my first child, I experienced diastasis and core dysfunction in my own body and understand first hand how debilitating and defeating it can feel to lose your connection to your core.
I believe that movement heals, and mindful corrective exercise is the potent tool that helped me heal. I would love to help you reconnect to your center of strength and power, too.
