Hey there! Thanks for taking a moment to learn about me and my passion for yoga, fitness, and healthy movement for pregnant and postpartum mamas.
Since 2011, I have invested over 700 hours of training in yoga and fitness, taught more than 2500 classes, and led more than 50 yoga and fitness trainings. In addition to fitness and yoga, I am a Prenatal & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Diastasis and Core Consultant.
A background in dance, track & field, and winter sports paved the way for a career in movement and I’m honored to continue to work within the same community where I was born and raised.
My health + fitness philosophy is centered around a compassionate approach to movement and exercise. I believe moving your body should be:
